Trinity Knot

Trinity signifies a group of three people or three things. The term trinity is commonly used within Christianity to represent the Godhead who are three separate beings but work in unison in their purpose. Much like the Trinity Knot, it creates three distinct patterns that work in unison to make this tie stand out in it’s uniqueness. The design is partially derived from the Triquetra (Trinity) which is one of the most well know Celtic symbols representing the christian trinity. The Trinity Knot is bold and is an excellent choice for use in professional jobs. It will help you to stand out confidently in both your dress and appearance.

How to Tie a Tie – Trinity Knot

  1. The wide end(W) of the tie will begin on the left side and the narrow end(N) will begin on the right side. The wide end of the tie should be resting on the tip of your belt providing enough length on the narrow end(N) of the tie to complete the Trinity Knot.
  2. Cross the narrow end(N) to the left, over the top of the wide end(W) of the tie.
  3. Pull the narrow end(N) up and under the neck loop.
  4. Now pull the narrow end(N) down and over to the left.
  5. Take the narrow end(N) around the back of the wide end(W) to the right.
  6. Pull the narrow end(N) up over the neck loop.
  7. Now pull the narrow end(N) down and under the neck loop to the left.
  8. Take the narrow end(N) across the front of the wide end(W) to the right. And pull the narrow end(N) under and up the neck loop. Make sure to not pull too tightly so you leave some slack across the front of the wide end(W), creating a small loop.
  9. Pull the narrow end(N) back down through the loop in the front of the know. Do not pull tight but leave the loop loose.
  10. Take the narrow end(N) around the back and to the right of the wide end(end). Do not pull tight but leave this loop loose as well.
  11. Pull the narrow end(N) under the new loop created at the front and center.
  12. Now tighten the tie and conceal the narrow end(N) in your shirt or behind your neck loop under the shirt collar on the left side.
